Wife of NPP stalwart Hackman Owusu-Agyemang is dead

Comfort Owusu-Agyemang, married to the chairman of the NPP Council of Elders for more than 50 years, died yesterday at the Wellington Hospital in London. The cause of her death is not immediately known

Comfort Owusu-Agyemang, the wife of the chairman of the Council of Elders of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hackman Owusu-Agyemang, has died.
Mrs Owusu-Agyemang died yesterday (25 August 2022) at the Wellington Hospital in London. The cause of her death is not immediately known.

Comfort Owusu-Agyemang, like her husband, was a founding member of the New Patriotic Party. The couple were married for 54 years and they had five children (three male and two female).
Members of the New Patriotic Party have been flooding scores of social media platforms, posting tributes and messages of condolence in memory of the late wife of the Council of Elders chairman and eulogising her.
