We must remain united and rebuild – Ken Agyapong charges NPP members at “Thank You” tour

Ken Agyapong emphasised the need for unity, without which the Party’s bid to recapture power would not be successful

On day 1 of the NPP National Thank You Tour, Ken Ohene Agyapong, former member of Parliament for Assin Central and former Presidential aspirant, joined National executives at the Takoradi Technical University to engage constituency executives.

In his speech, Ken Agyapong emphasised the need for unity, without which the Party’s bid to recapture power would not be successful.

He quoted several scriptures to corroborate his assertions underscoring the need for unity, including Mark 3:25 and Matthew 11:17-18 “a house that is divided against itself will not stand.”

Additionally, he called on the National executives of the Party to grant amnesty to all persons who have been aggrieved and have left the party or have been sacked from the Party for one reason or another in the spirit of unity and rebuilding.

Ken Agyapong, to the opportunity to apologise to all Ghanaians for any wrongs the NPP or its leading members may have done during the eight-year period.

In his concluding remarks, he thanked the grassroots of the Party for keeping faith and consolidating the gains of the Party.
