NDC goes to the polls to elect new leaders

At least 9,000 delegates drawn from the 16 regions of the country will take part in the internal polls

Ghana’s largest opposition party – the National Democratic Congress (NDC) – will today hold its 10th national delegates’ congress at the Accra Sports Stadium to elect new national executives.

At least 9,000 delegates drawn from the 16 regions of the country will take part in the internal polls.

Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the current general secretary, is hoping to unseat the incumbent national chairman Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo in today’s delegate’s congress.
