Sky Sports say the Bundesliga champions will offer Mane a three-year deal, with the fee potentially rising to £34m with add-ons.
It is reported that Liverpool are expecting contact from the Bavarians but will likely demand a much more lucrative package than the one quoted to contemplate selling.
