Kofi Job Construction has denied any connection to a fatal road accident in the Ashanti Region that killed four people, saying reports that one of its trucks was involved were false.

The company said on Wednesday it is not operating in the Kumawu area and that none of its trucks ply that stretch of road.

The accident occurred on Saturday (17 January), when a tipper truck lost control and crashed into a container structure, killing four people. Claims circulating after the incident suggested the truck belonged to Kofi Job Construction.

Responding to the reports, the company said the vehicle involved was not part of its fleet and urged the public to refrain from spreading misinformation.

Kofi Job Construction also extended condolences to the families of those killed in the accident.
