Ghana international, Jonathan Mensah, has expressed satisfaction after playing his 100th league game for US-based side Columbus Crew.
The towering centre-half made his 100th appearance when Columbus Crew beat Atlanta United 2-1 in the early hours of Monday.
The former Ashantigold player has been involved in every match for The Black & Gold in the 2020 season and was on top form during his team’s well-fought victory.
The 30-year-old joined Crew back in 2017 from Russian side, Anzhi Makhachkala, and has since made 97 starts in the 100 of his appearances, netting three goals and provided three assists.
The Black & Gold captain took to Twitter to give praise to God, saying he is looking forward to the playoffs.
“Good to have made my 100th appearance for @ColumbusCrewSC and in a city I call home. Also fitting that I played every minute of the regular season. All the Glory to God. Now unto the playoffs.”
