JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for supporting the business relationship management (BRM) and demand management across CCIB group. The role is expected to improve quality of software delivery process by ensuring requirements are accurately capture, architecture designs and built and approved. The resource is expected to guide build process, plan and execute delivery of software products. The Senior BA will also support the business in achieving its strategic needs through reactive and proactive process and business improvement initiatives. The resource will also ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO20000, Project management, ITIL etc.)

The overall scope and responsibility of the role includes but not limited to
•    Ensure business requirements are accurately capture
•    Translate business requirements to technical requirements
•    Create business and technology documentations to support software delivery life cycle
•    Review and recommend improvements to software delivery cycle
•    Support architecture designs
•    Plan and execute product delivery
•    Execute results from BRM meetings
•    Document and execute proactive technology initiatives
•    Conduct proactive and reactive process review sessions
•    Work closely with the team leads to achieve technology tactical plans
•    Ensure timely and quality delivery of software products
•    Project performance monitoring and reporting to Head Investment banking and CIO CCIB
•    Provide 3rd   level support for production services
•    Provide leadership and guidance to junior business analyst

The business analyst, payment technology own applications related to his/her core businesses:
•    Group Cash management business
•    Group Commercial banking business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ensure business requirements are accurately capture
    Translate business requirements to technical requirements
    Create business and technology documentations to support software delivery life cycle
    Review and recommend improvements to software delivery cycle
    Support architecture designs
    Plan and manage product delivery
    support business relationship management meetings with the business
    Document and execute proactive technology initiatives to drive business growth
    Conduct proactive and reactive process review sessions
    Work closely with the team leads to achieve technology strategy
    Ensure timely and quality delivery of software products
    Project performance monitoring and reporting to team leads
    Provide 3rd level support for production services

    Business Analysis
    Process improvement
    Software development
    Project management
    Requirements management
    Service Oriented Architecture
    Strong communication skills
    Business writing and presentation skills
    Good knowledge of banking/investment banking and products
    Fluent in English/French
    Software design
    Minimum of 2 years experience in systems integration
