Richard Nii-Armah exits Bills Credit for new role at RNAQ holdings

The announcement was made during a media interaction in Accra on Monday (28 April 2025). The former CEO, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, who has transitioned to lead a new enterprise, RNAQ Holdings, handed over the reins to Kwarteng following approval from the Bank of Ghana.

Taking up the new role, Kwarteng expressed appreciation to the outgoing executive and the entire Bills Credit team for their trust.

He also acknowledged the Bank of Ghana for endorsing his appointment, assuring stakeholders of strict compliance with regulatory frameworks guiding credit businesses in Ghana.

Bills Credit, formerly known as Quick Credit Microfinance Company, has built a reputation as a reliable financial services provider.

The institution focuses on delivering accessible microfinance solutions to individuals and small businesses, particularly those operating in underserved communities.

The company’s new leadership is expected to continue its mission of promoting entrepreneurship and economic empowerment through responsible lending practices.
