The 67th Independence Day celebration is currently ongoing in Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
Thousands, including President Akufo-Addo as well as residents have gathered at the venue to celebrate the momentous occasion.
The special guest of honor for the occasion is the President of Côte d’Ivoire, Alhassan Ouattara.
