NDC Ketu North deputy youth organiser, Goldenberg Wovenu, resigns from party

Goldenberg Wovenu, a youth leader for the NDC in the Ketu North constituency, has abandoned his position and left the party

The deputy youth organiser of the Ketu North branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Goldenberg Wovenu, has resigned from his position and from the party.

In a letter addressed to the Ketu North constituency chairman, dated 16 October 2020, Wovenu said he is proud to have served the NDC in various positions, including this last one as deputy constituency youth organiser.

“As the laws of our country allow the association of citizens to a political party by choice, I have since the past 11 years served the party rising from the branch level to constituency.

“I wish by this letter to resign my position and also from the party,” the letter said.

The notice of the Ketu North youth leader’s resignation was copied to the NDC MP for Ketu North, James Klutse Avedzi, and to Henry Ametefe, the NDC Volta regional party chairman.
