The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia delivers a national address on Thursday 5 December 2024, as part of preparations for the December 7 general elections.
Speaking from Accra, Dr. Bawumia emphasised the importance of maintaining peace, unity, and transparency throughout the electoral process.
The presidential candidate of the NPP highlighted the critical role of youth empowerment in driving Ghana’s economic growth and reducing unemployment.
He stressed the need for targeted training programs that align with emerging industries, such as technology, renewable energy, and manufacturing. “Our young people are the engine of Ghana’s future, and we must prepare them with skills that match the evolving demands of the labor market,” Dr. Bawumia said.
