PHOTOS: Schools in Volta Region exhibit talents in STEM education

Opportunity and Risk Management Institute (ORMI), a non-governmental training and  research institute in Ghana, has organised a two-day fair on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) for junior high and senior high schools (SHS) in the Volta Region.

Schools in the southern part of the region, including St. Catherine SHS, Volta SHS, Sogakope SHS, Keta SHS, Avenor SHS, St. Paul, Adidome SHS, Keta E.P basic school and New Covenant International Preparatory school participated in the fair.

A total of 135 students from 18 schools manufactured 65 products and equipment, including a recycling plant, power generator, distillation machine, ethanol, diesel, biogas production machine and plastic pyrolysis products.
