Don’t flout protocols
Most Rev. Gabriel Charles Palmer-Buckle, the Catholic Metropolitan Archbishop of Cape Coast, has openly stated that he tested positive for COVID-19.
He has been undergoing treatment for the past five days at the Ga East Infectious Disease Centre, he announced in a viral video he posted on social media.
Adopt the three Ps
Palmer-Buckle wants Ghanaians to adopt what he terms the three PPPs – prayer, [observing the COVID] protocols and prayer.
He encouraged those who have been infected by the viral disease to be hopeful they will be healed.
He has, however, encouraged the public to ensure they adhere strictly to the protocols to avoid being infected.
The Catholic priest recently celebrated the requiem mass for late former President Jerry John Rawlings.
