In her heartfelt 2025 Easter message, Vice President Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang called on Ghanaians to embrace the spirit of the season by showing compassion and committing to building a more inclusive and fair society.
She emphasized that Easter is not only a celebration of resurrection but also a moment of renewal and reflection. “May Easter reawaken in us the conviction to build a kinder, fairer nation,” she said, urging unity across political, ethnic, and religious lines.
Opoku-Agyemang encouraged Ghanaians to look out for the vulnerable, extend love to neighbors, and work collectively toward a Ghana that prioritizes justice and equal opportunity.
Her message also acknowledged the socio-economic challenges facing the nation but urged hope and resilience. “Let this season inspire us to uplift one another and strive for a future rooted in peace, empathy, and shared progress,” she added.
