Ghana will partner Morocco, Gabon and Comoros in Group C of the TotalEnergies 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon.
Coach C K Akonnor’s side will play their first two matches in Yaoundé before travelling up north to Garoua for the final Group C encounter.
The Black Stars will take on the Atlas Lions of Morocco in the opening match on Monday 10 January 2022 at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaoundé.
Ghana will then play Gabon on Friday 14 January before battling Comoros on Tuesday 18 January 2022.
The Black Stars are in search of their first Africa Cup of Nations title since 1982 and Coach Akonnor has been tasked to win the trophy in Cameroon.
