President John Dramani Mahama is expected in Nalerigu today, as part of his ongoing nationwide “Thank you” tour.
The visit to the North East Region forms part of efforts by the NDC flagbearer to express gratitude to supporters for their endorsement during the 2024 general elections.
A statement from the Jubilee House has confirmed the development indicating that the Nalerigu Astroturf will be hosting the President and his delegation.
Mahama is scheduled to meet with traditional leaders, religious figures, party executives, and grassroots supporters in the region.
The visit is also expected to include community engagements and discussions on developmental priorities for the area.
The Thank You tour has already taken the President to other regions across the country, as he continues to consolidate support ahead of the next phase of national rebuilding efforts under his leadership.
