Legal representatives for Gisela Amponsah have issued a formal demand to TikTok creator Chris Santoe (@chrissantoe), challenging him to produce video evidence of an alleged altercation he detailed in a recent social media publication.
In a letter dated 11 March 2026, the Accra-based legal firm Davies & Davis stated that Santoe published a TikTok video making several allegations against Amponsah.
According to the document, Santoe claimed Amponsah pointed fingers at him and called him “stupid,” an encounter he asserted adversely affected his “creative abilities.”
Santoe further alleged in his video that his “blogger friends” recorded the incident and that he currently possesses copies of the footage.
He claimed he withheld publishing the videos only because Amponsah’s manager requested him not to, allegedly promising to reach out regarding the matter.
Amponsah’s legal team has categorically denied the incident, describing Santoe’s claims as “false, baseless and highly defamatory.”
“Your publication has portrayed our client as a rude and disrespectful individual in the eyes of right-thinking members of society,” the letter reads.
The solicitors emphasised that the statements have caused serious reputational harm to Amponsah’s public image, which she relies upon for brand collaborations and commercial engagements.
Furthermore, the legal team directly refuted Santoe’s claims of back-channel mediation. According to the letter, Amponsah’s manager completely denies ever engaging in a conversation with Santoe, and no apology or request to withhold the alleged videos was ever communicated on their behalf.
The letter formally demands the production of the alleged recordings referenced by Santoe in his publication, setting the stage for potential further legal action if the claims remain unsubstantiated.
