The businessman and politician Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has announced the launch of a nationwide “Unity Tour” that will take him to all 276 constituencies across Ghana starting 5 September 2025.
In a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Kennedy Agyapong said the tour is aimed at engaging party supporters and Ghanaians across the country on the values of truth, fairness and unity.
“This is not just politics. It’s about truth, fairness and bringing us together as one people. These are not slogans, they are the values I live by and the same values that will rebuild our party and give Ghana the future we deserve,” Agyapong wrote.
Agyapong, who contested the NPP’s flagbearer race in 2024, said he remains committed to strengthening the party ahead of the 2028 elections. He expressed confidence that with unity, the NPP can achieve victory in 2028.
“When we stand united and I become the flagbearer, 2028 is not just possible, it is guaranteed. Together, we will make it happen,” he declared.
Kennedy Agyapong’s announcement comes as key figures within the NPP step up their political activities in preparation for the party’s internal contest to elect its next presidential candidate.
