Survey: Goodness Energy is most admired category B OMC
Some motorists say they preferred Goodness Energy because it the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) with the most affordable products on the market
Goodness Energy has emerged as the most admired category B Oil Marketing Company (OMC) in the country.
The company sells through about 35 retail outlets or filling stations across the country.
A survey conducted by the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers (COPEC) Ghana shows that the most admired OMC in category A is GOIL followed by Shell whilst those mostly admired in Category B OMCs are Goodness Energy, Allied Oil, and Benab Oil
On Perception about the swift response time, out of the 500 respondents, Goodness Energy emerged as the swiftest with 18.4% (92) respondents, followed by Allied with 16% (80) and Benab Oil with 11.8% (59).
On perception about satisfaction based on the quality of fuel sold, out of the 500 respondents, Goodness Energy emerged as the leader with 18.4% (92) respondents, followed by Allied with 15.6% (78) and Benab Oil with 12.2% (61).
On perception about satisfaction based on the quantity of fuel sold, out of the 500 respondents, Goodness emerged as the leader with 18.4% (92) respondents, followed by Allied with 15.4% (77) and Benab Oil with 11.6% (58).
On perception about the affordability of fuel sold, out of the 500 respondents, Goodness emerged as the leader with 19.2% (96) respondents, followed by Allied with 15.4% (77) and Benab Oil with 11.6% (58).
According to the survey, proximity played a key role with respect to the route on which motorists ply in deciding on the choice of fuel outlets to procure fuel from.
Some motorists indicated their preference to buy fuel from GOIL because they just trust in their products, whilst others also indicated their preference for Goodness Oil because their products are affordable.
