India’s Prime Minister, His Excellency Narendra Modi, is scheduled to arrive in Ghana on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, for a two-day official visit aimed at deepening bilateral relations between Accra and New Delhi.
The visit, confirmed by the Presidency of Ghana, will include a high-level meeting between Prime Minister Modi and President John Dramani Mahama at the Jubilee House.
Discussions are expected to focus on strengthening cooperation in key sectors such as trade, agriculture, healthcare, technology, and education.
A series of bilateral agreements will be signed during the visit to consolidate strategic partnerships. President Mahama and Prime Minister Modi will also address a joint press conference, and a State Dinner will be held in honour of the Indian delegation.
The trip underscores the long-standing diplomatic ties between Ghana and India and is expected to bolster economic collaboration and people-to-people exchanges between the two nations.
