The host of Asaase Radio’s Café 995 Caroline Sampson has disclosed that she is no longer interested in going back to school.

Explaining why she dropped out of tertiary education, Sampson told host of Between Hours Naa Ashorkor that, “I couldn’t further my education due to financial challenges. So, I was in between jobs trying to save to further my education, which I did at African University College of Communications (AUCC). Unfortunately, I found out I was pregnant in my first semester when I was writing my exams.”

“I wrote the exams and deferred because I got pregnant. I want to go back but I have never been able to. I don’t think I’m interested in schooling now,” Sampson said on Monday (1 March).

Caroline added that she doesn’t need education to land herself any job.

“I don’t think I need it. I think I have done well for myself to be able to land any job at all and knowing that I am very good at what I do.

“Even if I have no knowledge on something, just put me on and guide me, I will do magic,” she said.

According to Caroline, she will rather invest in her son Jayden than invest in her personal education.

“I will rather invest in my son. I feel like that money can be used for other things. I would rather put all of my money in him,” the Asaase Radio presenter said.
