At least 15 more persons have died of COVID-19 taking Ghana’s death toll to 533, health officials announced late Saturday.
The country’s active cases now stand at 8,216 after 718 new coronavirus cases were confirmed at the laboratories.
As at 10 February 2021, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) reports that the country’s total confirmed cases increased to 75,836 out of which 67,087 have recovered.
So far, 101 persons are in severe situation while 33 remain critical, according to GHS. Cases detected at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) are 1,172 with 945 recoveries.
