Nigerian reality star Tacha has officially been confirmed by Guinness World Records as the new record holder for Most Cosmetic Makeovers in 24 Hours by an Individual (144) and Most Cosmetic Makeovers in 8 Hours by an Individual (82).
The announcement was made today via Guinness World Records’ official social media channels, cementing Tacha’s remarkable achievement.
The record-breaking marathon took place at the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture & History in Lagos, where Tacha transformed 145 models of diverse body types and skin tones, including popular influencers Mitchy, Venita Akpofure, Wanni, and Handi.
Despite minor technical hitches, such as a brief power outage, Tacha maintained a rapid pace, showcasing her expertise and versatility under pressure.
Each makeover was meticulously documented with professional headshots and runway showcases, forming part of the Tacha Beauty Festival, which served as the backdrop for the record attempt.
The event drew a host of celebrities and public figures, including Toke Makinwa, Dabota Lawson, Ice Prince, Slimcase, and Idris Aregbe, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Tourism, all witnessing the historic feat.
