SEC gives CalBank, Kasapreko others 30 April to submit financial statements to GSE
The ultimatum is an extension of the stipulated three-month period granted to companies by the Securities and Exhange Commision to file their financial results to the GSE
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has given six companies listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange a one-month ultimatum to submit their audited financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2023, to the bourse.
The companies are CalBank Plc, Kasapreko Plc, Daakye Trust Plc, E.S.L.A Plc, Camelot Ghana Plc and Clydestone (Ghana) Plc.
The ultimatum is an extension of the stipulated three-month period granted to companies by the Securities and Exhange Commision to file their financial results to the GSE.
A statement issued by the GSE on Tuesday (2 April) said ” The Ghana Stock Exchange announces for the information of the general investing public that for various reasons, the following Companies have been granted extension of time by the Securities and Exchange Commission to submit their audited financial statements for the
year ended December 31, 2023.”
“1. Kasapreko Plc – April 30, 2024 2. Daakye Trust Plc – April 30, 2024 3. E.S.L.A Plc – April 30, 2024 4. Camelot Ghana Plc – April 12, 2024 5. Clydestone (Ghana) Plc – April 30, 2024 6. CalBank Plc,” the statement added.
