A taxi driver who reportedly confessed to committing heinous crimes has been arrested over his alleged “involvement in several murders“, the police have announced.
The driver, Felix Ansah, 35, allegedly confessed on the Accra-based Onua TV on 2 September 2021.
“Following his admission of the alleged commission of such acts, he was arrested to assist in police investigations,” the police said in a statement on Sunday.
“He will be put before court on Monday 13 September 2021 to be placed on remand for thorough investigations into the allegations to continue,” the statement added.
