We at Day Break would like to retract and apologize to Michael Asare Bediako following an article we published on November 9th 2021, in our newspaper and on our website. The information published was false and misleading. The misreporting was rectified when our attention was drawn to it.

Michael worked as the Special Assistant and Technical Advisor to the Finance Minister from February 2017 to November 2021. He diligently served as a primary sounding board, providing policy support to the Minister.

His decision to resign from his previous role was due to personal reasons. We wish him success in all his future endeavours.
