President of the Ghana India Advisory Chambers, Dominic Oduro Antwi, has called on investors and business leaders to move beyond promises and seminars and become true nation builders by providing realistic solutions that drive Ghana’s economic rebound.
Speaking at the 11th Business Executive Excellence Awards held yesterday at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Oduro Antwi emphasised that Ghana’s current economic landscape demands practical action and genuine commitment from all stakeholders.
“Today’s theme is more than a slogan; it is a call to action,” he said in his welcome address on the theme “Raising the Quality of Business Performance to Drive Ghana’s Economic Rebound.”
Oduro Antwi urged entrepreneurs to embrace innovation, improve productivity, and lead with purpose. He called on policymakers to foster enabling environments that reward excellence and transparency and encouraged investors to support ventures that are not only profitable but also sustainable.

He further underscored the importance of operational excellence, leadership ethics, and customer value as key drivers of economic transformation. According to him, the strength of Ghana’s economic rebound lies not merely in policy directives or foreign capital inflows but in the quality and competitiveness of local enterprises.
