Michelle Attoh: Working for Globacom was a turning point in my career

Ghanaian actress and entreprenure Michelle Attoh has said landing a contract with telecommunication firm Globacom was a turning point in her career.

Appearing on the Red Carpet segment on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Wednesday (22 November), Attoh said “that was a blessing and a curse at the same time…”

“That was the most challenging, yet life changing career move that I have ever had in my entire business life,” she added.

“Here, I was competing with the big guns of the outdoor space, the likes of DDP, and many others that have led the way and paved the way… little did they know the force that I was coming with.”

“But there I was, the only female representing Ghana flown to Nigeria to meet Mike Adenuga (founder of Globacom) and present and justify the reason why my site was going to be the hotspot of Accra and how I was going to create green and I gave them a run for the others money,” Attoh said.
