One of the biggest sporting events in the world, the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show, took place in New Orleans on Sunday (9 February 2025), as the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles in this year’s championship game.
The event not only showcased the best the NFL had to offer this season but also attracted plenty of Hollywood A-listers, musicians, including Taylor Swift, Jay Z, Lionel Messi, and even US President Donald Trump, who were spotted in the stands of the Superdome.
Adding to the spectacle, Grammy-winning artist Kendrick Lamar delivered an electrifying performance as the headline act, captivating the crowd with his dynamic stage presence and hit songs, further elevating the excitement of the night.
Donald Trump made history as the first sitting U.S. president to attend a Super Bowl. Post-game, he mocked Taylor Swift on Truth Social, saying “she had a tougher night than the Chiefs.”
The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl 2025 after a riveting performance in a 40-22 win over Kansas City Chiefs.
