Didi Dramani urges Asante Kotoko to be deliberate about club structure
This comes after Kumasi Asante Kotoko make massive player overhaul from their club following an unimpressive Ghana Premier League campaign

Mas-ud Didi Dramani has advised the leadership of Asante Kotoko to be deliberate on the structures of the club.
Didi Dramani says Asante Kotoko has to communicate well with their fans about the club’s direction.
This comes after Kumasi Asante Kotoko make massive player overhaul from their club following an unimpressive Ghana Premier League campaign.
Kotoko have parted ways with 19 players following a disappointing season where they finished 5th on the league table. The latest player to leave the club in the last week is Steven Mukwala.
Didi Dramani who won the Premier League twice in a row in 2013 and 2014 says while winning is important players need time to develop at the club.
“Leadership and communication is key, leadership is like you bring out structures and then you have to communicate these structures to the lame person who is on the ground.”- Didi said on TeamTalk on Saturday.
The supporters or fans that come to the stadium every week need to understand we are in the process of overhauling.”
The full list of players released by the club includes Samuel Asamoah, Nanabayin Amoah, Isahaku Fiseini, Rocky Dwamena, Richmond Opoku, Julius Ofori Ziggy, Shadrack Addo, Kalo Ouattara, Nicholas Osei Bonsu, Isaac Oppong, Augustine Agyapong, Nicholas Mensah, John Tedeku, Sherif Mohammed, George Mfegue, Serge Eric Zeze, Danlad Ibrahim, and Moise Pouaty.
