Afrobeats superstar Davido has once again shown his generous side by celebrating his longtime personal assistant, Lati, in grand style on his birthday with thoughtful gifts.
Lati, who has worked closely with Davido for several years, marked another year around the sun and was treated to a special birthday dinner in Paris, attended by the singer, nightlife boss Cubana Chief Priest, and other close friends.
To mark his birthday, Davido gifted Lati thoughtful gifts including a brand new Range Rover and a diamond necklace, a gesture that has since warmed hearts on social media. The singer took to his Instagram stories to share a photo of the luxury car and its keys, alongside a heartfelt birthday message.
“To my favourite person, Happy Birthday! May your day be as awesome as you are,” Davido wrote, further expressing his deep appreciation for his trusted aide.
This act of kindness comes shortly after Davido fulfilled a US$5,000 promise to Ghanaian TikToker Ananazo, continuing a long-standing tradition of generosity not just to fans and outsiders, but also to those within his inner circle.
