Amakye Dede, Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata to perform at Taste of Ghana today

Highlife legend Amakye Dede, Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata and Samini are among top artistes that will perform at this years edition of Taste of Ghana later today (27December) at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.
Others are Kwesi Arthur, Edem, Mr Drew, Okyeame Kwame , Kwabena Kwabena and groups such as Soul Winners and Wulomei.
The event which is being spearheaded by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) would highlight various aspects of Ghana’s rich and diverse cultural elements, including foods, drink, clothing, music, dance and arts.
It also seeks to display different aspects and relevance of our rich Ghanaian cultural heritage and landmarks, including the potential to boost the creative industry and contribute to Ghana’s job creation and development objectives.
This year’s Taste of Ghana event will serve as a platform for investors, businesses and the public to network in a relaxed and inspired setting and set the stage for future fruitful collaboration.
It will also showcase the tourism opportunities across the 16 regions, and targets Ghanaians and other Africans in the diaspora.
The second edition of Taste of Ghana is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Information, Ghana Tourism Authority, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ghana Export Promotion Authority, Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture and the “Beyond the Return” Secretariat with support from Asaase Radio.
