Cina Soul: KiDi is just a friend
The queen of Ga soul tells Elvis Crystal on Asaase Radio’s ‘Rush Hour' about her latest single ‘Feelings’ and clarifies relationship rumours with KiDi.
The sensational Highlife and Afropop musician, Christie Quincyna Quarcoopome, better known on stage as Cina Soul, has reiterated she is not going out with the Afrobeat star, KiDi.
The first time same issue hit the showbiz space was when Cina Soul stared in the ‘Sugar’ movie released in 2019. She played the role of KiDi’s girlfriend, sparking rumours they were already seeing each other in real life.
In her latest single titled ‘Feelings’, she featured the Linx Entertainment signee, triggering the same conversation on social media about their relationship.
Speaking on Rush Hour with Asaase Radio’s Elvis Crystal, she said: “They should ask him, I am not. I’m not in the way at all. We are friends. They [ladies] can crush on him as long as they want.”

Cina Soul, well known for her hit songs including Ojorley and Kili Mi is back with a new sing titled ‘Feelings’.
The mid-tempo song which features KiDi tells the story of two love birds expressing how they feel for each other.
Meanwhile, the sensational vocalist has hinted her debut Extended Play (EP) will be released soon.
“I’m excited about this EP, the songs in there, the production, the features, Feelings is off that EP and already Feelings is doing so well. I have high hopes for the EP. My fingers are crossed,” Cina Soul said.
