Chef Smith not new record holder for longest cooking marathon, says GWR

The Guiness World Records has said Ghanaian Chef Smith is not the current record holder for longest cooking marathon by an individual

The Guinnes World Records has refuted claims suggesting that Ghana’s Chef Ebenezer Smith is the new record holder for  longest cooking marathon by an individual.

This is in reference to an official enquiry to GWR by Asaase Radio after Chef Smith held a news conference in Accra on Tuesday (2 July) to announce that he is the new record holder.

“No, it is not true. It is not our certificate and he does not have Guinness World Record title… The one who holds the record now is Alan Fisher. So, he has 119 hours 57 minutes and 16 secs,” Madalyn Bielfeld PR manager of Guinness World Records told Asaase Radio.
