MTN Ghana makes changes to board

The telco has appointed four new independent non-executive directors to its board effective 1 March

Telecommunication giant MTN Ghana has appointed four new independent non-executive directors to its board, effective Monday 1 March 2021.

The four are Felix Addo, a member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountant, Nana Ama Botchway, founder and managing partner of N Dowuona & Company, Kofi Dadzie, Digital Entrepreneur and Rosie Ebe-Arthur, a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

A statement signed by the company’s secretary Pala Asiedu Ofori and copied to the Ghana Stock Exchange also announced the resignation of Kwesi Abeasi and Madupe Kadri from the board effective 1 March.

The company expressed gratitude to the two for their impressive performance on the board and also wished them success in their future endeavors.
