A statement from Mechanical Lloyd PLC says the delisting has been approved by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE)

Mechanical Lloyd PLC says it is delisting from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) after trading on Friday 16 April 2021.

The company said the move follows the completion of the tender offer and settlement of all shareholders who tendered in their shares.

A statement from Mechanical Lloyd said, “ Shareholders should note that when MLC is delisted from the GSE, the company’s shares will no longer be traded on the GSE. Therefore, shareholders who wish to trade their shares after the delisting should contact UMB Registrars or Amber Securities Ltd.”

So far about three firms; PZ Cussons, Sam-Woode Ltd and Pioneer Kitchenware Limited have all delisted from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) in the past two years.
