The second edition of the festival on Wednesday (6 March) promises to be a blast.
This first edition of the event, which happened at the forecourt of Asaase Radio, brought together both residents and staff of Asaase to enjoy a feast with over 25 different tasty proteins.
Speaking on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Monday (4 March) the head of events and partnerships at Asaase 99.5 Accra, Aaron Eggley, said, “This time around, we are going to try something different.”
“For those of us who are fans of Kormifest and friends of the Kormifest brand, Millet Kenkey is not new to you.”
He added, “ The last time we had Kormifest, the millet kenkey ran out before we could say jack and people who tried it for the first time were impressed.”
With preparations far advanced for an unforgettable moment, he said, Asaase strongly believes in promoting local brands, “so we will do well to promote as many local brands as possible”.
Come be part of the feast, savouring every bite of Ga Kormi, a delightful taste. So save the date and make your way to the forecourt of Asaase Radio in Cantonments on Wednesday (6 March) at 10 am.
