Asaase Cape Coast triumphs with maiden edition of “Asaase Nation Jam”

The event, aimed at bringing together youthful listeners for a night of celebration and fun, saw an overwhelming turnout, affirming the station’s strong connection with the local youth

Asaase 100.3 has successfully organised the inaugural “Asaase Nation Jam,” an electrifying event held at Whispers Tales Pub in Cape Coast to commemorate the second anniversary of the Asaase brand in the region.

The event, aimed at bringing together youthful listeners for a night of celebration and fun, saw an overwhelming turnout, affirming the station’s strong connection with the local youth.

The night was marked by outstanding performances from some of the Central Region’s finest artists, including Smelling Good Gang, Saa Boy No, Kojo Vypa, and Black Tarna, each delivering energetic sets that kept the crowd enthralled.

The highlight of the evening, however, was DJ Barnes, the official DJ for Rush Hour on Asaase 100.3, whose seamless mix of back-to-back hits kept the audience dancing non-stop.

Raza Swaggy, the charismatic host of Rush Hour, captivated the crowd with his exceptional MCing skills, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event. His dynamic presence and engaging interactions ensured that the energy remained high throughout the night.

Jimmy Kutin, station manager of Asaase Cape Coast, expressed his delight at the event’s success while speaking on the sidelines.

“This has been a fantastic evening and a testament to the vibrant community we serve. We are thrilled with the turnout and the positive response from our listeners. We look forward to organising more such events to connect with our audience and celebrate together,” he stated.

The success of the “Asaase Nation Jam” underscores Asaase 100.3’s commitment to fostering community spirit and providing top-tier entertainment for its listeners.

As the station celebrates its second anniversary, it continues to strengthen its presence in Cape Coast, promising more engaging and enjoyable experiences for its audience.
