“A man who cannot satisfy me in bed, hell no”, says McBrown

She appears as the controversial counselor whose issues are worse than her patients. As part of her character's issues, she admits to loving sex and won't settle for a man who can't satisfy her in bed

Sensational and arguably the most loved actress in Ghana Nana Ama McBrown is set to thrill fans in her first live stage performance in the play “Women at Work” (If you’re a man, Come).

She appears as the controversial counselor whose issues are worse than her patients. As part of her character’s issues, she admits to loving sex and won’t settle for a man who can’t satisfy her in bed.

This only female-cast play is produced by Fiifi Coleman Productions and directed by Fiifi Coleman.

What do women talk about, when by themselves, without fear and prejudice?

The play has an uncensored plot that dares into the world of women by addressing critical topics from sexual harassment, women’s rights, body-shaming, female sexuality and psychology, mental health, financial independence, motherhood, etc.

Synopsis

This is the story at play when eight phenomenally and completely different women find themselves locked up under the same roof for a day!

Left with no choice but to make the most out of the twenty- four hours, a condescending comment triggers a series of unconventional conversations, leading to several startling revelations as each woman is forced to confront their prejudices as a woman, society’s stereotypes, and the various limitations they each face as today’s women.

The play addresses the typical hardcore issues often discussed by women, but purely in secret, for which most would dare not even concede; from the dirtiest darkest secrets, thoughts, and guilty pleasures, to the several unimaginable.

“Women at Work” (If you’re a man, come!) will be staged at the National Theatre on 4 March 2023 at 4 pm and 8 pm.

The seasoned all-female cast includes Naa Ashorkor, Roselyn Felli, Mavis Aborokwah, OB Black, QueenGrace Adjetey, Elizabeth Awuah, Jackline Ama Ansah, Dzifa Sogbe Adranyi, Nana Sam and Dzidzor Adjagar.

Fiifi Coleman Productions is also noted to have produced, “Still A Rose” “Fowls for Sale”, “Prison Graduates”, and “You Play Me, I Play You” among many others.
