Aaron Adjetey Akron, a former gay man has been ordained a pastor after completing ministry school.

He graduated from the End Time College Ministry and was ordained on Saturday (27 November) at Amponsah Memorial Temple in Accra.

“I know I don’t deserve this but Grace found me,” Akron wrote on his Facebook page.

Aaron Adjetey Akron was exposed to gay sex at the age of nine when he became attracted to a childhood male friend.

Speaking on The Asaase Breakfast Show on Friday (15 October), Akron said no one is born gay or homosexual, but that same-sex preference is behavioural and can be corrected.

Anti-LGBTQI Bill

He said he supports the controversial anti-LGBTQI Bill (the Promotion of Proper Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill 2021) that is before Parliament.

“I support the bill 100% because I am trying to protect my child or my grandchild from such people,” he said.
