Ahafo regional police cry for support

According to the command, personnel of the service rent private homes as a result of inadequate infrastructure to accommodate them

The police in the Ahafo Region are calling on the government and other stakeholders to support them with accommodation for their new recruits and staff.

According to the command, personnel of the service rent private homes as a result of inadequate infrastructure to accommodate them.

DCOP Felix Kwasi Cosmos, the deputy Ahafo regional police commander, made the appeal at the commissioning of the newly constructed police training center in the region.

The training center was constructed by the ABKOJ Co. Limited.

“They made a series of demands, but we decided to do this for them first because they help Ghana and not only the region. It is good for us to do this for them,” the general manager of ABKOJ Co. Ltd Samuel Aboagye said.

He said they will continue to support the various security agencies in the region.
