Asaase 98.5 Kumasi is set to break new ground on the airwaves with the launch of Ɔdɔ Ntia, a daring new radio programme that promises to spark candid conversations about love, relationships and the realities of modern dating.
Hosted by the eloquent Mma Adiza alongside the dynamic Asakyire Kaakyire Ama Serwaa, the show will air live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:30pm.
Ɔdɔ Ntia sets out to confront subjects many consider taboo — from dating and situationships to “friends with benefits” — offering listeners a safe space to discuss the often-unspoken complexities of love and intimacy in Ghanaian society.
“We want people to feel heard, not judged,” says Mma Adiza. “Too often, people carry the weight of relationship struggles in silence. Ɔdɔ Ntia is where they can finally speak openly.”
Listeners will be invited to share their stories and seek guidance as the hosts provide practical solutions, cultural context and emotional support.
Co-host Asakyire Kaakyire Ama Serwaa says the show aims to go beyond relationships, equipping young people with life skills and self-awareness.
“It’s about education too — especially for the unmarried youth, to help them understand themselves, set healthy boundaries and make informed choices.”
The programme would be streamed live across our social media platform Asaase 98.5 Kumasi.
